Refund policy

              Changed your mind?  FLATED will accept returns (excluding sale, clearance and closeout items, gift cards), for any reason within 10 days of receipt of your shipment and will provide a full refund of the purchase price LESS A 10% RESTOCKING FEE. Restocking Fee covers shipping costs and time and materials to repackage product to sellable condition.   All product(s) must be unused and in new condition, along with original user manuals, accessories and other original documentation or parts. In the event returned item(s) are used or in a condition that does not allow the product to be resold as new, FLATED will return to the purchaser the product(s) at the purchaser’s expense.

To request an RA#, email the FLATED Customer Service team atinfo@getflated.com.  Purchaser must include in return shipment proof of purchase in the form of an original purchase invoice or receipt, the return authorization form available atwww.getflated.com/pages/warranty.   


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately, at info@getflated.com or www.getflated.com/pages/warranty, if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. The 10% restocking fee applies to Exchanges to covers shipping costs and time and materials to repackage product to sellable condition.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Warranties

FLATED guarantees to warranty all FLATED branded products under the original purchaser, for 2 years after original purchase date.  The guarantee covers only products manufactured by FLATED and covers manufacturer’s defects ONLY. The original purchaser/owner of the product must provide this Term of Warranty when requesting warranty claims and/or repair services, under the terms provided below.

Subject to the limitations and exclusions described in this warranty, FLATED will remedy defects in materials or workmanship by providing materials and instructions necessary to complete repairs within thirty days without charge for parts, labor or shipping. If it is not possible to remedy the defects, FLATED will replace the product, or the customer may request to receive a refund equal to the purchase price paid for the product, or a credit may be requested to be used toward the purchase of a new FLATED product in the same category.

This warranty coverage does not, under any circumstances, cover any damage to non-FLATED products used in conjunction with FLATED products.  

Warranty coverage does not include defects caused by normal wear and tear, scratches, accidents, modifications or any types of repair other than those authorized by FLATED.  In addition, no warranty is given for defects resulting from conditions beyond FLATED’s control including, but not limited to, misuse, overloading, or failure to assemble, mount or use the product in accordance with FLATED’s written instructions or guidelines included with the product or made available to the purchaser.

In the event that a product is defective, the purchaser should fill out the online warranty form at www.getflated.com/pages/warranty. A detailed description, along with photographs of defect, may be requested and required in order to continue the warranty process.  If it is determined that the product needs to be returned, a representative from the FLATED team will provide the purchaser with the appropriate mailing address, return authorization number, prepaid shipping label and any additional instructions. Purchaser must include in return shipment proof of purchase in the form of an original purchase invoice or receipt.  In the event that no defect is present and/or the returned product fails to meet requirements under the FLATED Guarantee herein, the purchaser will be charged the full value of return shipping costs plus a 15% restocking fee.

Disclaimer of Liability: Repair or replacement of a defective product or the issuance of a refund or credit (as determined by FLATED) is a purchaser’s exclusive remedy under this warranty. Damage to a purchaser’s property or other person is excluded. This warranty is expressly made in lieu of any and all other warranties, express or implied, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, but excepting the warranties which are expressly provided by law.

FLATED’s sole liability to any purchaser is limited to the remedy set forth above. In no event will FLATED be liable for any lost profits, lost sales, or for any consequential, direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or punitive damages or for any other damages which were not directly and clearly caused by a defective product.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary based on country or state.
